Hilary Doe, PhD

Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst for the Research and Evaluation team at the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center, Hilary oversees data collection, management, and analysis for our evaluation projects. She particularly focuses on data tasks for our evaluations that require the use, linking, and analysis of large administrative datasets. Previously, Hilary worked for the Child and Family Research Partnership at the University of Texas at Austin, under the direction of Dr. Osborne, as a data research associate, where she worked on data management and analysis tasks for several large evaluations related to child welfare and home visiting.

During her graduate school years, Hilary conducted small-scale program evaluation research at the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of Child Development and taught introductory research methods courses in the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education.

Hilary received her PhD and MS in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and also has BA in Psychology from Messiah University (formerly Messiah College). She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two young children. When she is not working, Hilary spends her time playing with her children and taking walks around her neighborhood.
