Sierra Rowe, MPAff

Research Associate

Sierra is a Research Associate at the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center. In her role, she conducts rigorous policy and program evaluations by working with researchers and practitioners to expand the existing evidence base around supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families.

Prior to this role, Sierra worked as a Graduate Research Assistant on the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center’s Research and Evaluation team where she worked primarily on the Workgroup Recommendations to inform the 2022 Texas Child Care Workforce Strategic Plan. Also prior to this role, Sierra worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Edward A. Clark Center for Australian and New Zealand Studies at the University of Texas at Austin where she managed research projects pertaining to human rights organizations and judiciary systems.

Sierra holds a Master’s of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s in Government also from The University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time, she enjoys any kind of water activity, eating spicy food, and indulging in reality TV.
