The Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center is seeking two experienced Senior Research Data Analysts to transform complex survey and administrative data into rigorous, actionable research that informs evidence-based policymaking for children and families. This role will manage and analyze data, support research design and analytic planning, ensure the quality and integrity of the Center’s analyses, and collaborate closely with researchers to advance the Center’s research and evaluation projects.

PROJECT AND EVENT COORDINATOR
The Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project and Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, manage external presentation logistics, and help ensure the seamless coordination of the Center’s meetings and events. This role will collaborate across teams and with external partners to manage event logistics, support Center-hosted meetings and webinars, and help support the Center’s mission to accelerate states’ implementation of evidence-based policies that help all children thrive from the start.
SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
The Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Specialist to help turn complex research and policy insights into clear, compelling communications that inform state leaders and advance evidence-based policy solutions for children and families. This role will lead publication development, support media engagement, manage communications projects, and collaborate closely with researchers and policy experts to increase the reach and impact of the Center’s work.

PROFESSIONAL RESEARCH ASSISTANT – RESEARCH & EVALUATION TEAM
The Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center has Professional Research Assistant positions available for Fall 2026 on the Research and Evaluation team. Professional Research Assistants will gain valuable research and program evaluation skills while providing research support to faculty and staff researchers, including data collection, data analysis, and contributing to policy briefs and reports.
