Danielle is the Operations Manager at the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center. In her role, she provides guidance and support to the Policy Impact Center’s organizational processes including strategic planning, grant and financial management, overseeing human resources, and managing technology needs to ensure the research team has the resources needed to conduct the Center’s important work.
Prior to this role, Danielle was the Academic Program Coordinator for the Executive Master in Public Leadership program at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, where she managed budget preparations and reporting, increased program visibility through marketing plans and strategies, implemented improvements to the admissions process, and raised alumni engagement. Previously, Danielle provided administrative support to several university departments including the LBJ School’s Dean’s Office and Academic Affairs Office, and the College of Education’s Institute for Public School Initiative, where she provided conference planning support for a statewide college access grant program. She was also the Office Manager at Chicago’s oldest camera store, founded in 1899, where she was an integral part of managing operations for the small business. She is also a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators.
Danielle resides in Austin, TX with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking in the Texas Hill Country, drawing intricate works of art, and practicing yoga.
