Valentina Diaz Caserta

Data Research Assistant

Valentina is a Data Research Assistant at the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center. Her work supports the Center’s data initiatives with a particular emphasis on paid family and medical leave and the Policy Impact Calculator.

Previous to this role, Valentina conducted primary data collection on a multi-methods project evaluating the effects of housing and community redevelopment on children’s and adults’ health and educational success.

She is currently completing an MS in Applied Statistics and Psychometrics, along with a graduate certificate in Childhood Policy and Leadership at Boston College. Additionally, she holds a professional certificate in Congressional Operations in Education from the Government Affairs Institute at Georgetown University. She lives in Boston with her partner and enjoys going for walks, spending time with her loved ones, and rewatching her favorite shows over and over again.
