Vedika Nair is a Policy Data Analyst at the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center at Vanderbilt University. In her role, she identifies and fulfills data requirements for the center’s projects, including the annual State Policy Roadmap.
Prior to this role, Vedika worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Pennsylvania State University’s School of Public Policy, where she contributed to multiple projects focusing on maternal and child wellbeing. She has also worked with local organizations in India to tackle endemic issues facing children and families from underserved communities. Vedika holds a Master of Public Policy from the Pennsylvania State University, an MA in Political Science from SNDT Women’s University (Mumbai, India), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Economics from Mumbai University.
Vedika lives in Denver, Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, painting, thrifting, playing with puppies, and spending time in the sun.
