Since the release of our 2020 Prenatal-to-3 State Policy Roadmap, every state has increased their investment in at least one effective Roadmap policy, but the choices they have made vary considerably. 

The distinct choices that states have made over the last five years have led to widening gaps in resources, as demonstrated by our Policy Impact Calculator which compares the level of resources available to a family of three based on each state’s policy choices.
