It’s Official: Director Dr. Cynthia Osborne Joins Vanderbilt Faculty

Effective January 1, 2022, Dr. Cynthia Osborne joins Vanderbilt University and the Peabody College of Education and Human Development as Professor of Early Childhood Education and Policy. The Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center will fully transition to Peabody College by March 1, 2022.
